We will continue to lead within the industry and stay ahead of our competition through our recruitment and selection process backed up by our staff “Training and Development” programme.

All our staff must hold valid Security Industry Authority licences and take part in regular continuation training, keeping up to date with industry needs, legislation and the relevant threat level within their environment.

Our staff training is through one of the market leaders in training who with extensive experience in Security, the Police, Rescue and Emergency Services, give our staff an edge not often found outside the mentioned services. All our officers complete the Security Industry Authority training as well as further in - house training before they start a days work.
